All payment details are encrypted using industry-standard technologies. We do not have access to or store your:
- Card number
- CVV / Security code
- PIN
- Bank login credentials
4. Order Confirmation
After your payment is completed:
- You will receive an instant email confirmation.
- Your antivirus digital license key will be delivered to your email within 1–10 minutes.
5. If Your Payment Fails
Payments may fail due to:
- Insufficient balance
- Bank server downtime
- Incorrect OTP or PIN
- Temporary gateway issues
If the amount was debited but the order was not created, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 3–5 working days.
6. Duplicate or Double Payment
In case of accidental double payment, we will refund the duplicate amount after verifying the transaction. Refund timeline: 3–7 working days.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Not Available
Since all our products are digital antivirus licenses, we do NOT support COD or any form of physical cash payment.
8. Invoice & Billing
After purchase, a digital invoice is automatically sent to your email along with the product details.
