Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Geturgear.Shop are digital licenses. Once a license key is delivered to your email, it is considered used and **cannot be returned or refunded**.

2. No Refund After License Delivery

Since digital keys are instantly delivered, we cannot:

  • Cancel completed orders
  • Issue refunds after key delivery
  • Accept returns of digital products

3. Wrong Product Purchased

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and product type before purchasing. Refunds cannot be issued if you purchase the wrong edition or platform.

4. Invalid or Already Used Key Concern

In extremely rare cases, if a key fails to activate:

  • You must provide a screenshot of the error
  • We will verify the issue with our distributor
  • If confirmed defective, a replacement key will be provided

5. No Refund for System Issues

Refunds are not provided due to issues such as:

  • Low system performance
  • Unsupported operating system
  • Conflicting software
  • Pre-existing viruses or malware

6. Double Payment / Duplicate Order

If you are charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error, you can request a refund for the duplicate amount.

7. Refund Time

Approved refunds (duplicate payments only) may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
